How to Delete Your Account

Delete your account from the app

  1. Open the Optibatia app and log in.
  2. Go to Profile → Account Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

What happens when you delete your account

When your account is deleted, we remove all your personal and business data from our systems, including:

Deleted data cannot be restored.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

Please include the email address linked to your account so we can verify your identity.
