• Your user account details (name, email, role)
• Your company details (company name, address, logo, VAT number, quote settings)
• Your client details (names, addresses, contact info)
• Your quote configurations (templates, taxes, payment terms)

Data is used solely for providing the service and improving it through anonymized analysis. We do not sell your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the application, content, and AI features are owned by Optibatia.

6. Limitations of Liability

Optibatia is not liable for any financial loss, errors in quotes, or damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
